We checked into Hotel Cash Fortuna on Feb 22nd and stayed till 24th. We had a wonderful stay, with a warm welcome and a smooth checkout. We could the hotel personnel to be extermely warm and willing to go out of their way to help us. The rooms were nice and quite tranquil, despite the hotel being in the heart of the city.
Keep up the good work team. Will come back , whenever we are in Kolkata

Team Casa Fortuna: Kaniska Chakraborty and Chaina made the difference in this stay
Okay, this stay started badly on the night we arrived. We came from the airport with an one-hour delay, welcomed by a night staff unfriendly, very bureaucratic, and with no parking available for the taxi to unload safely our huge luggage. The bellboy could have done just the needful, but Arbita and her male team worker at the front desk could have been more supportive instead of being distant and non-responsive to our complaints. It was really nice staying here, staffs are all very friendly and main thing is location of this hotel is very well placed. Connected to all major places with 15-20 mins of drive at max. Would highly recommend it anyone and also, they have very clean bathrooms

I stayed here for 2 nights while visiting for the cricket and was perfect Breakfast service was good with both international and local foods and the room and en suite was very clean. I checked in and out very late at night and Kaniska was very helpful with my booking (Review from English person)
