As a special case towards this Offer, long-stays are defined as a period not less than 5 nights / 6 days stay.

All reservation requires guaranteed confirmation through payment by Credit / Debit Cards.

Once the reservation is confirmed, payment is non-refundable or non-adjustable against any cancellations or modifications for any reason.

In case of any no-show, the payment is non-refundable and the reservation will be treated as canceled thereafter unless intimated otherwise.

All other services or facilities availed from the hotel should be settled directly by cash or credit card (Master / Visa / Amex) at the time of check-out.

In case of early departure, no refund or payment adjustment will be applicable for the balance period.

The offers cannot be combined or clubbed with any other offers or promotions or Corporate Rate Offers.

The offers are not valid from group bookings for more than 5 rooms.

The rates are strictly non-commissionable.

Any extension of stay within the offer period will be on pro-rata basis, subject to the room availability.

The offers are valid only when booked through the Hotel website by selecting the particular Promo Code and are not valid for any offline bookings.

The Hotel Management reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations at any point in time, where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activities.

The Hotel Management reserves the right to stop the offers at any point time without notice in case of an emergency situation.

All Hotel Policy, Privacy Policy, and Force Majeure apply.
